Hello. As Executive Director of a fellow local nonprofit, The Don Diego Fund, I invite you to partner with us in Don Diego Party Bingo at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. We are the official scholarship arm of the San Diego County Fair and Del Mar Fairgrounds, so we can handle all the details and create an exclusive turnkey event just for you. You’ll raise money for your charity and present a memorable event for your guests.
No hassles. No headaches. We make it all happen, from DJs to food and beverage service to other fun features and frills. All you do is provide 100 people who each purchase a minimum $40 admission. We handle the rest, even providing tools to help market the event. We have a permit from the City of Del Mar and are in compliance with all state laws. We also have all insurance and indemnity in place.
Machine Party Bingo enables people to play up to hundreds of electronic cards simultaneously. Players win real cash money in an entertaining environment. Your charity receives $10/player or 15% of gross revenue; whichever is greater.
Party Bingo is a winner for you and us. You raise money while providing an exciting and potentially profitable experience for your guests. Proceeds also enable us to offer scholarships to outstanding, college-bound, San Diego County high school seniors and to introduce elementary students from low-income areas to farming and nutrition.
